The name Douglas Jendry rang a bell for me. He attempted to get elected to the Board of otto energy LTD in March 2020. He was backed by Perennial Investments with about 5% of the then total shareholding.
The company website does not show Douglas Jendry as a Director currently.
The Covid crash showed the otto Board's communications to shareholders up as being deceptive and incomplete.
Just to be clear, I am not suggesting there is any similarity between CVN and otto other than they are both O&G explorers.
