This announcement feels about 3 months too late. It would be interesting to see the reasoning for the CR. Proposing a CR to increase shareholder value is pretty vague and doesn't make much sense. I'd also be interested to see the resignation letters to find out their reasoning for not wanting to remain on the board but still be happy to stay at the company and work under another BOD.
