Once again, nothing makes sense if you analyse this from business view.
It appears that the chairman's agenda was to put his son in charge for reasons beyond business.
and it feels like RFT is just a cover for what they want to do.
From this point on it is about control on a public company and nothing else. You analyse the stock however you like the result is the same.
