Director salaries are immaterial (ususally under $50k) to cash flow. To be frank these 2 are likely to open doors that were previously closed. Another 2m should come in during H2 2017 from R&D which means cash goes through to 2018 and I would imagine that prior to the end of this year we would have another deal or 3 signed with multi million up fronts. I hope they only look at a CR in a fair value zone - I say 10-20c but the market might give us 5-10c which would be OK. In the end if they do an investor roadshow, host a webinar, appoint a CEO then I will consider the market fully informed and whatever the price is - is the price. Until now I have thought that existing investors are poorly informed and potential new investors would have zero idea what has been achieved and how big the potential is. If it needs further funds to accelerate the program or widen the net to more lead candidates I have no problem with that but just let existing shareholders know what they are sitting on as they set the valuation at the moment with their sell order levels, the demand we have seen appear from off screen.
