    Excellent reply overseer, fully agree with your comments. At current thermal coal prices and rail tarriffs to RBCT (if you can get allocation) you basically have to mine it at no cost. Export from the Waterberg remains a dream.

    You concerns with IPP funding are very sound and affect anumber of similar projects both in the Waterberg and Botswana.
