lol, there would be some considerable hurdles to clear. The ASX is a gatekeeper and although it has a broad set of rules and procedures it can't be everything and it clearly is not resourced for anybody who sets out to deliberately game the system. How about a legal counsel who says that there was no obligation to report matters to the market , regulators or shareholders because the factory had been taken over as the result of a default. The source of the company's income which had never produced or sold anything, despite successive budgets commencing several years earlier which were used to raise large sums of money. Have I got it wrong? Should we go on? This company will never trade again.
