I don’t see a CR myself. I think someone is taking out Greentech - though buying and making it run 3x before lobbing the TO offer is a bit odd... the Chinese work is strange ways.
They tried to raise HK$75m in May at 5.5cps to repay debt owed to cybernaut but pulled it last minute (would have been massive dilution at the time).. I think Cybernaut (tech focused who own 25%) will flog their stock and whoever has been picking off stock the last week or two will go >50%.. all speculation.
