If Bell50 plays out as it has initially looked too - I could see 10year mine life at $200m pa (100% basis - 1.9% x 75% recovery x 0.8mpta x A$17,500 margin). That’s worth minimum 5x and that’s without rentails or further discoveries (only need 8mt @ 2% Sn inventory which is less than a double of Area5 defined JORC).. they’d better rush and put an offer in before the studies are complete
