The Chinese can be crazy gamblers and can let excitement obscure logic. Perhaps they have this one wrong. They can manipulate the market but perhaps the majority of shareholders won't accept a low ball offer. This whole thing is very public and I would think there must be other players with deep pockets happy to keep buying their shares if they want give them away. At some point someone is going to make a killing out of this.
For my part I have no idea what is going on but will hold long and hope for the best.
