Now we will hear of an independent valuation catered to the buyer, and we the shareholders will be screwed. Shareholder's value added to Nifty with cash and capital raise, great for the buyer but unsecured and no remuneration to the shareholder considering the manipulated SP today relative to asset value. I hope this is on the radar of ASIC. Was a shareholder of Paladin, all the same scenarios taking place here.
