well here we go,is it bust or boom,
lets look at the facts and try and make some sense from an unlucky traders uneducated view ,
xtv have a product which if works in conjunction with a big player can go places, so it teams up with TelePresence Tech and Buffalo Pacific both have been working together for years with a product they see xtv as a avenue to push there product and list on the asx, so joe roadshows them as a package and it works thus at&t are impressed, so joe announces, but there is no company, ie xtv and tele and buffalohave not finalised agreement with the takeover or revearsed listing has not taken place, so how can he xtv announce anything so at&t back out, xtv try to sign tele etc with a deal, but with what money, so they announce they are changing the deal to accomodate xtv, tele have the upper hand they want cash so the deal says pay us out of sales ie millions each contract because it is there company making the sales, so joe finds cash ,and will use just what he needs to get this over the line and nothing else,thus the agreement with loan , sales will come when the deals are done , we hope, then tele then want a controlling say in the business when it all goes through wouldnt you if you are bringing the majority of the sales tech etc to the company, so lets control the board of our new company so they get rid of a majority of the xtv board, tele want asx listing and joe needs this to go through or they are dead, so what ever tele wants is happening , at@t may still be there who knows, but if they were at least interested , it means they have a product that can work and may be big, i dont care if a combination of xtv and tele etc run the business i think it will improve, it cant be any worse off,i am awaiting now an announcement with deal signed with tele p and tele management appointed,name change on asx then sales finalised and contracts signed with hopefully at@t or another provider, or it will completely fall over, but if it was going to fall over the board would have not left because they have money, a loan yes, but they would have used it all up with there tech, and finally gone bust, but would have got wages for a year or 2 screwing us all, so they were kicked out, thus no nice regards, and a pissed board but i believe to the benefit of xtv holders. i am trying to make sense of a complete stuff up but i believe there is still hope,
