not gloating my any mans, but pleas read my previous posts on XTV (despite the moderated ones that were moderated for telling the truth)

The current situation is actually far worse that any of you could imagine.

The juicy and value are in some parts of some patents held…..which is good news. However the Equity 'partners' get first dibs….

There is now a very real possibility of Class action against Joe for misleading the ASX. (Re the AT&T ann)

I also think that a certain Gassin may also come under the scrutiny of the fraud squad….
