6) you are very direct and detailed with your claims
7) Obviously on the inside at one stage or another or maybe still are.

So, tell the holders what to expect ? Why did you lose job ? Pls perform as your namesake suggests - do tell ?

I have one final question for you - are they winding the business up and delisiting from the ASX to rebrand offshore as a new entity whilst those in Australia that may have misrepresented as suggested by you and Portsmouth are dealt with under our legal system ?

And please, anyone thinking of responding by suggesting "how so" after Burgen just "invested"....don't bother! That money was really bad debt sold to you holders as healthy debt to pay already bad debt. As maligned as Joe is, there is no way he alone could have signed of on a deal that provided $2.18m in secured notes at an unrealistic value and an immediate 67m un-escrowed ordinary shares for Burgen to do whatever they wanted with....I believe they may have got out of approx 25m, 3 to 4 days after issue.
