    SIP will definitely be out of the ASX200 at the next rebalance. I estimate they need a market cap of around $700 million to remain in the index.

    However, if their share price falls to 0.275, there will be a risk they will be out of the ASX300 as well....

    I am sure the ASX200 index funds have already been reducing their positions in anticipation, but if there are any ASX300 index funds then they might need to reduce as well.

    I reckon it would take one negative financial covenant announcement and the stock price will fall quickly to 0.30 and then further again.
