If SL wanted to cash out why would he have recently purchased more on market ,also there is nothing stopping a Director selling outside restriction periods .In regards to the liquidity event trigger ,given the collective control of all Directors ,I always took that to mean an exit via a takeover ,which I feel is still on the cards once the resource is proved up
