The way things happens is completely not normal et all. They are running a ASX listed company with SHareholders not a corner coffee shop. If they need new CEO or directors they need to find them first not like half of the board gone overnight. If it was necessary then they need to provide some justification instead of just saying in a line that they are gone with immediate effect. complete bullshit
