View this email in your browserDear Fellow Shareholders, Following on from last week’s announcement, you’ll be aware of the Board changes that have taken place at Iris. I have stepped into the role of Chairman supported by my fellow directors, Chris Connell and Tal Paneth. Importantly, we are working quickly to ensure that the Company is well positioned to take full advantage of its position in the US hard rock lithium market. The opportunity continues to have significant potential. As part of our ongoing commitment to realising this potential, the Board has initiated a search to identify suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our team. New personnel are expected to be based either in Australia or United States.Once any proposed appointments have been finalised, the market will be fully informed.Our current Chief Financial Officer, Damian Henderson, will also be taking on the additional role of General Manager, Operations (Australia).Our exploration program is progressing well in South Dakota, as evidenced by our recent drill results from reverse circulation (RC) drilling. These results returned wide intercepts of high-grade lithium mineralisation. Diamond drilling to test the strike and down-depth extensions of the mineralised Black Diamond pegmatite is continuing with more than 20 holes now complete and pending assay. We look forward to reporting results from these ongoing activities and providing details of our next significant steps to advance our exploration program in South Dakota.
