Agree, also needed someone that was willing to prove they believe in the resource ie. skin in the game during this depressed share price /taking shares in lieu of part salary and meeting the market in terms of salary reductions (broader market accepting 20%) as this plays out.

While its a shame he clearly left or couldn't be bothered to fight for a role / to make salary cuts/transition to shares in lieu it shows he wasn't the right guy at this point in time and we don't want just $350k per annum guys...

I'm happy with the outcome, believe we should push the $1k per day to be taken as shares at VWAP. this will show if the chair really believes in the project as much as they are asking shareholders to right now. Will also create some form of alignment to ensure this isn't sold for pennies
