I agree and will be voting No to this, all fine and well for people to mention the relist price but why we were that price in the first place is what everyone seems to be forgetting.

The potential gold in the ground didn’t change just the people managing it.

Also suggest people read page 20 of the annual report to shareholders it’s a base salary Monday to Friday
Not sure why Mr Bull is worth so much more that Brian Thomas both Geologists or any other board member for that matter

Not opposed to performance shares or options but I am opposed to the quantity and price.
That price for performance shares is actually an insult to us shareholders.
