There is a lot of BS on HC but I have really enjoyed the discussion here on this thread. Some really good points on both fronts and I was split 50/50 until now when I just went through read the thread. (for those who held during the suspension) I think the way I have justified it to myself is, while in suspension if the same offer was presented I would have jumped at it 10 times over as we had nothing and there were just a couple of guys (Matt being one of them) who grabbed this, put there own money on the line (in convertible notes) and worked there asses off jumping through all the ASX hoops to not just get us relisted but to where we have boots on the ground. I feel I owe them 100% of my investment as if not for them there would be $0 left on my investment. So even though I feel the targets are a little easy now, lets not forget about the massive task already completed by these guys on faith that they would one day be supported by us the shareholders in the future.

I think this is the least we owe Matt.
