I'm the first one to jump on a point of concern, but seriously, $150K salary + some "motivation" shares is not a problem with me..

Jesus, having to deal with this motley crew (shareholders) I'd want $400K a year! Plus we'd be going nowhere fast without someone being an Executive to run the show!!

The scale of issue of these "motivation, let's get this show on the road" shares seems perfectly fine and if you put your own feet in his shoes you would want the same + more!!

Why no mention of the terms of Daniel McIntyre's, as the Exploration Manager, employment?? (BTW, Welcome aboard Daniel!)

Regardless, Matt, Daniel best of luck and let's start hitting some 6'ers!
