SOI is not a big issue..

market cap cap is the main issue.

psl MC is low.

if you want to buy $40k worth of PSL, that is your purchase . It doesn't matter if it's 10 million shares or 1 million shares.

you want $40 k worth of the total company value of say $10 million market cap.

so you want to buy .04% of the company.

consolidation does not change that equation.

the only problem is companies that keep issuing too many shares and the dilution erodes the value.

but PSL is a miner, so as they reveal more valuable commodity and its location and size, they are adding value and MC grows.
