    Not looking good. So much potential, so little progress. Yes, it might bounce to 16c, but I think its more likely to dive.

    How are they going to do a cap raising that they have mentioned for the payment due in Sept? Or are the Chinese trying to force the price down so they can get a huge lump and average down their 25c buy price?
