Unfortunately I don't buy the line that: "They said the demand for their eco star products was too high for them to keep up with, i think reduced sales were due to them not proving enough stock to the supermarkets, they must have run out of product!"
They could go down the fish market and buy plenty of barra to keep the supply lines flowing. I suppoe it may mess with country of origin packaging perhaps??
As long as it complied with the tagline on the packets:
"EcoStar™ Saltwater Barramundi is sourced only from environmentally responsible and sustainable sources.", I don't see why not.
