Ok , if this is a reshuffle of board positions, why did they not simply recontest at the AGM?

Previously, they have provided guidance of their continuing involvement with the company?

Further for them both to resign at the same time , you really need to ask why.

I want to point out that Pete was a major reason for my involvement in this company as he a significant player in the industry.
