I think folks over at BPH forget that. I first invested in BPH (Biopharmica as it was called then) in 2006 and only later went into MEC purely because of its PDF status - the investor-pulling benefit of PDF cant be underestimated, especially when connected with an investment like PEP11. I really don't think DB has forgotten that - he never gave MEC away, he was forced from the company.

But at the end of the day I will be happy if the distribution takes place and I get some nice Advent shares (I imagine at 1 Advent for every 2 MMR held or something similar) and I will also be happy if it doesn't take place as long as DB is a Director of MEC to direct us toward Baleen.

I think the thing some of us shareholder have forgetting is the amount of tax fee money David must has In MMR. Do you really think he or any of us really want to walk away from what maybe many millions of $$$$ by this distribution of Advant share only to have to pay tax on the gain. IMOP I think not. MMR is still the piggy bank the cash cow for a lot of the new board members as well.
