Always a concern getting someone who was in control of a failed company. I have my own opinions and they should be banned from being a director. Seen too many of these lifestyle professional directors fail, companies go into administration, holders lose all due to their incompetence and they simple just move own without accountability and it all begins again. I hope history doesn't repeat with us.
