if you look at 9/10 mining companies which go belly up on the asx the one facet you will find in common in all of them is a consecutive exploration/development of uneconomical or marginal projects.

Whilst I whole heartedly agree that the management play a huge facet in the direction and success of resource companies the reality is 1/100 make it from exploration to actual mining. let that sink in.

this would mean most either go to the wall or maybe just go sideways. does that mean 99% of directors suck and fail. imo no.

Whilst Tim is running the show I am very comfortable with his decisions and direction. This guy was returning phone calls to me at 10pm on Friday night to have a general chat about the rare earth market etc. it's his one and only and sole focus.

i genuinely had zero information about a board restructure when I predicted this 2 days ago and had to laugh that come Monday it was announced. but agreed it was time to set this up. The impression I get is Tim is like a raging bull with the project and company and is the driving force. my assumption is he wants to appoint directors who share his strong focus and vision and don't see this as a little side project. I think with the new appointment and probably another one to come IMO this will have the right amount of hours of heavy lifting from an executive level that you'd expect.

Had there been someone else steering the ship I'd have my reservations, but reach out to Tim if anyone gets the chance. He's focused, driven and definitely knows his "enter proverbial here".
