I believe this to be the case but for them to attract any interest from any suitor they will have to drill part of the resource into indicated category. Such move will also help with the scoping study and will be needed for PFS anyway as they can't do PFS with inferred resource.
Infill drilling parts of the resource will not be as expensive as with many other deposits as Parks Reef is shallow and the ground allows RC rigs to be used in most of the cases. Very seldom they needed to use diamond tails to finish the holes.
But you are right the management does look good.
