Question that I will have for the class action against these two, is when did they get a Financial Service License or a banking license or change to the companies mandate, to allow an electricity provider to start "lending" shareholder money to whom ever they like without the proper DD and legal paperwork in place or proper collateral to protect shareholders money!!!!
Thats going to make for an interesting conversation for these muppets and the authorities/regulators!!!
Post a like here if you would be interested in joining a class action against these two directors, if the BIOhub loan is not repaid in full on 28th June 2024.
