Great points flex. After looking at the last annual report though, the country of incorporation was still the Cayman Islands. This was the case for 2023 and 2022. I don't pretend to understand all the intricacies but I guess it mainly comes down to better tax and less red tape. I also wonder if the impairments were being announced or sped up or whatever to get as much of/all he bad news out as possible around the same time.
