    In my opinion announcement is not clearly written . The first part sounds like they have already found the 2 directors.

    This second part -
    The new US based director is anticipated to have significant healthcare industry experience.

    Not sure if they would already have hired someone if they are anticipating they have experience.
    Possibly already have the Australian one.
