Seems like 2 possibilities here to me, neither of which points to the detailed conspiracy theory presented weekly by our resident truther.
Either it is a non descript notification that Lesa has resigned with disclosure of the intended restructure, or it is as people have interpreted a couple of intended appointments by investors who want more say on corporate/operational matters before committing.
Neither fits into the alleged category of "what i want to hear", as I am more in the "give us an RI and get some units out" camp, but the latter is more than welcome if it gets things moving forward.
