Nowhere ! It's just a hopeful guess.
If I was going to invest significant $'s in CDX ( or any spec entity ), a position on the board would be a perquisite.
Of course, it could simply be Craig & Niall using this opportunity ( the suspension period ) to overhaul the company to strengthen the business as they move forward. The market picks any holes in your business at the moment ... might as well tighten the ship up as much as possible.
