Yep - that KPI could equate to some serious $ in performance rights awarded.

And it would have been good to get some more clarity around what the contracted ARR & operating cashflow KPI's actually were for Matt Donovan.

Especially as there was already some concerns over how much certain IHR management already pay themselves in both $ & share based payments?

The IHR business is growing ARR's strongly, but it is still unclear just how profitably they are scaling up.

The recent half year & full year reports highlight these concerns.
