Can management convince shareholders and potential customers that survival is assured even though India is a major setback atm. Why would you risk buying shares or sign a contract if you weren't confident that there was going to be a future for ECT. They have started that process by cutting costs but need to show that income from R&D rebates etc will allow business as usual (hopefully better than normal).
