IMO this move is more a result of the current SP and company survival as opposed to any meaningful change.This couldve been done years ago to save SH money, but its done now.....when their backs are to the wall.....and the SP is now an active deterrent for any future funding or ELF mechanics.

I also find it interesting how they failed to highlight in the Key Points section the resignation of their CFO and Secretary Martin Hill.

Surely a CFO resignation is a Key Point?

Maybe (and totally IMO) the current SP and ELF status is why the CFO resigned ? (although the ANN states his resignation is unrelated, of course).
