Congrats to Adam who has obviously made a big impression and is likely acting in a MD capacity until perhaps someone else is appointed. I would like to know though what Adams' plans are with his family run business which he is CEO of as it now seems he has a large role with Inca and I would expect this would require 100% of his attention especially with these changes.

On a side note, It's obvious that these HC threads have a bearing on this company especially given 2 people that have been appointed were contributors to HC and had a strong voice and RB now leaving albeit with acceptable criticism on HC threads. With that being said I would like to see a new CEO/MD (perhaps Adam depending on his plans with his business) who has experience running what could be hopefully soon a mid cap asx listed company.
