I see this as a move in the right direction. The board needs to be strengthened to ensure it has the right skills to grow with its success in the drilling/exploration phase. IMO the appointment of AT was the first step. This announcement is step 2. The third step will be to replace GL with a person more aligned to ensuring ICG is a successful exploration company. If ICG find a number of Tier 1 projects then there will be a need for an experienced negotiator to assist AT/JW in dealing with interested majors. Time will tell.
