I feel that there has been issues at the board level for quite some time now, and I am surprised this has happened so quickly. While part of me feels a bit bad for RB in that he won't be the leader when we hit something juicy over the next few months, it is a cut-throat business when people are heavily invested and the time had run out for him to delivery.
I hope he can have a bit less stress and still deliver us something in Peru.
