i do not like to celebrate someone losing their livelihood, however there comes a time where the one at the top does need to look in the mirror and make a decision based on their achievements over their tenor. RB unfortunately did not have a great track record, from a failed Peru campaign to basic company communication, to gaining permits in a timely manor or managing company funds. Tens of millions of shareholders funds were wasted on ego based decisions all the while he was pocketing a healthy salary. His salary is equal to MD's running profitable businesses which does not reflect his achievements.
Not being present in company roadshows as well as poor public presentations the list can go on and on.
Great move by the board, the best announcement in all the other disappointing announcements over the years.
Hopefully with better management we can have some success in NT.
