    Ladies and gentlemen,

    Do you actually know what a conflict of interest means under the Corps Act. It’s is a serious offence.

    For a company to make that claim in writing BD has done something seriously illegal - either on purpose or out of ignorance.

    Remember ignorance is no defence for criminal activity.
