    But the Ann. certainly sets him up for an "investigation" due to a "conflict of interest".

    The big problem is that Dooley is the holder of the IP. His position as CTO remains, his technical assistance/direction is needed to complete all projects till Jan 2021. His CTO position requires his employment 37.5 hrs/wk.
