Dooley was the prime mover behind Foy Group and the effort to commence the ACT project. He attracted solid backers with this effort and IGE came out of this. The current refinements are linked to his ACT design while the plant at Berkley Vale has always operated using the original technology and was recently reported (I think it was in Dec 19) providing a delivery of diesel to a trucking company in Taree NSW.
The "conflict of interest" is nothing new... it has operated fro 10 years.
