    Imagine just how utterly compromised the Board had to be to approve the Scope purchase and offload? I imagine that it was only the tip of the iceberg there and that the lack of governance including continuing to support the founder's son in the CEO role while the share price slipped for years is the key reason behind shareholders losing hundreds of millions of dollars in value.
