    New to DCG and trying to get a handle on a few things before making any move.

    With respect to Homeground, in announcement of 19 May 20 it is states that "one firm offer has been received" for the sale of Homeground and then further that Homeground has been revalued at $56.6M via independent external valuation.

    Anyone know whether the offer received aligns with the valuation?
