    That was the case regardless of where it was listed.

    All the assets are US dollar denominated, so no difference. They are not physically moving AUD to USD on an exchange rate.

    Only thing that has changed is whom (structurally) wants to own the stock. The negative effect supposedly is now before it is transferred and the benefits are not realised until after it moves to the NASDAQ.
