i have many stocks in the US and canada
commsec international account is what you need, you fill in a W8 tax form each year or so and you can trade through their brokers there. not as easily as you do here, you need money in the account before you trade, you often have to trade in packets on some exchanges, and its late night often when i buy and sell.
