Do they need just a simple majority or does the vote need to be 75 % ?
Presumably the majority selling out today probably would have voted no .Probably it will not make a lot of difference as most ASX shareholders are not know for asserting their shareholder rights .
I would not be happy to see SEA embark on an acquisition spree .
Using either script or more available debt , they have too much of that already .
The timing indicates that management does not understand their shareholders and what drives the Market perception of their Value Proposition or else they just do not care
