    WPL is only $1.00 away from taking out its all time high of $16.45

    It may take a while but could feasibly happen sooner rather than later.

    Momentum is building in the stock and once through that critical resistance level of $16.45 WPL has the potential to run hard and fast towards $20.

    Worth watching imo.
